If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

Initiate the Return

Contact our customer service team or log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders" to start a return request. You'll need your order number.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email.

Package Your Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials. Include the RA number in the package.

Ship the Return

Ship the package to the return address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and verify your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process

Processing Timeline

  • 1-2 business days: We receive and inspect your returned item
  • 3-5 business days: Refund is processed and approved
  • 5-10 business days: Refund appears in your account (varies by payment method)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement. For mobile money payments, the refund will be processed to your mobile money account.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you don't see the refund in your account after 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

We cover return shipping costs for:

Customer Pays

Customer is responsible for return shipping for:

  • • Change of mind returns
  • • No longer needed items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos
  4. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund
